This quilted down vest is crafted from a densely woven matte nylon, and filled with down to achieve warmth and an ultra soft feel. The Billie Vest is wind resistant, water repellent, and features a stand faux shearling sherpa collar and trim, center front zip closure, and a knit waistband.
